Misua w/ Sardines

I have to admit that I am picky when it comes to food. But I was really shock that it changed my taste bud when I was living here for almost 5 years now. Now I am craving for typical Filipino dish that we've often served in our dining table. This dish really good especially cold season and I'll never replace it to the beef steak promise!

Ingredients:

1 can Ligo Sardines (Philippine sardines)

1 pack Chinese noodles

soy sauce

tomato

onion

garlic

olive oil

salt and pepper to taste

water

Procedure:

Heat the olive oil in a medium fire sauteed the onion, garlic and tomato. Add the sardines and mix well then add the soy sauce and water. Wait to boil then season with salt and pepper then add the noodles. Stir and serve with rice!
