Silver Fish


Its been a while that I never have a chance to eat this dish. I remembered that my Mother often served it to us since its quite cheaper compared to the other fishes in the market and we dearly love it. When the owner of the Asian store told me that they have a stock of silver fish I hurriedly bought 2 packs and immediately cook a tortang dilis. Boy it turn out good that even hubby loves it. So here it goes my own version of tortang dilis.

Ingredients:

1 pound of Silver fish (available at the Asian store)

2 eggs beaten

slice tomato

onion

chop garlic

2 tbsp. flour

cooking oil

fish sauce

Procedures:

Mix the silver fish with slice tomatoes, onion , garlic, salt and pepper, fish sauce and beaten eggs. Mix well and add the flour. Heat the pan put the cooking oil make a patty of fish mixtures and fry for 2 minutes. Pat it dry with paper towel and served with rice and catsup.
