Pork Cutlet (Giniling na Baboy)



When I woke up yesterday I am craving for pork cutlets so I'm busy cooking with this dish while watching the Koreanovela Boys over the flowers lol. Too bad it will end this afternoon. So I'm looking forward for another teleserye in TFC this coming Monday. Anyway, it turn out good my cooking and proud to call my friend who is living few blocks from us to taste my own version of pork cutlet.
Ingredients:

1 pound of ground pork

1 cup of diced carrots

1 cup of diced potatoes

1 can sweet peas (drained)

tomatoes

onion

garlic

1 can tomato sauce

bell pepper

soy sauce

salt and pepper to taste

olive oil

stocks or water

Procedure:

Heat the pan add the cooking oil sauteed the onion, tomatoes and garlic. Stir well and add the ground pork. Let it simmer until the juice of pork comes out then add the soy sauce still well. Add the stocks and let it simmer for a minutes. Salt and pepper to taste then add the carrots and potatoes. Wait till the veges tender then add the bell pepper and peas. Stir well and simmer. Served hot with rice.
